Beauty Salons in Salisbury
51 Winchester Street
The owner of the salon arrived late and told her coworker that the 10am (me) had cancelled. As I had in fact not cancelled she looked annoyed, offering no apology. I found somewhere to hang my cardigan and went to the bathroom which was in a murky cobwebbed room with no means of drying my hands. The massage began with me getting undressed in a corner of the tiny shop and getting under a coarse towel. I then experienced a feeling of being thrown around the bed, I asked for a gentler massage. This proceeded well until she had to stop to tend to a new customer. She continued and I was treated to the constant ringing of the phone. The facial was fine but I felt that I was treated to a 10 minute mask in order that she could go and do the next customers brows. My favourite part of the whole experience was the therapist moaning that she had to work her weekends. Overall the worst beauty therapist experience I have had, avoid until the owner undertakes some customer service training.
