Review: Robert Kennett - Garden Designer

Unfortunately Robert kennet is not the professional he would lead you to believe. I found him very difficult to communicate with and unfortunately the work that was carried out was of an appalling standard. When I approached Robert about the issues he was very defensive and unfortunately I have now had to get another contractor to finnish off the mess they left. I paid upfront for the work to be completed and Robert has refused to finnish the project and rectify the little work thst has been done incorrectly. It's been 3 months now and no money has been refunded, Robert won't respond to me via phone or email. I feel I should warn others as we paid alot of money for his vision that turned out to be a sham. Steer clear, You'll be very dissapointed

Review: Regional Environmental Services

Shocking service, would definitely not recommend! Had our bird netting installed - in less than a year it had come down and had to be repaired. This year it came down again - took a long time to book the repair so I took a day off work to accommodate them. No-one turned up and no-one let us know. When I finally chased them up, they said that their previous job had run over and they now have no availability for the next 3 months! Avoid at all costs!
