Full HIP was set up in October 2007 as a result of the Government's legislation to introduce the requirement for Home Information Packs (HIPs) to be provided by home sellers or their agents. It was recognised that, as with most new services, many companies would enter the market and many would fail after a short period. Full HIP was determined not be one of those who failed. The founder of Full HIP learned very early on in his career that the key to the success of any business is treating your customers with respect and providing a first class quality service.
