• WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!

  Placed an order here on a Sat evening. Nothing happened until the following Wednesday when I received a call from someone called Daniel. He was calling to tell me that they had got their prices wrong on their website and so they had to increase my cost etc...surely this was their fault! To make things worse I was then told that one of the items I ordered was now out of stock. They had clearly sold this item in the 4 days since I placed my order. I decided to reduce my order but continue with 4 items. Then to rub salt in the wound I received an email telling me that another item from my order had also been sold!!!! These people really have never heard of customer service! I can honestly say that I will never shop here again no matter how good the product or price is, this is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Richmond Classics way of making things good was to offer me a 15% discount code that could only be used on full price stuff..............WOW THANKS (NOT)! AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU SEEK GOOD SERVICE AND EASE OF SHOPPING AS THESE IDIOTS ARE PAINFUL!

• Best clothes outside London and Army discount!

  Shop here whenever im on leave or near. Offer Army and other forces discount. Has some quite expensive stuff mixed with more affordable bits. Small shop but packed out. Staff leave u alone and manager is nice guy! bit hard to find if ur not from area though.
