  • 1 Poor customer service - simply not interested

    Ordered and paid for new fridge, was delivered without bottle rack which was part of the order, called to explain, they ordered the rack, called me to say was now in store to collect, I explained it would be a couple of weeks until i could get in, they said no problem. Went in just under 2 weeks after phonecall to collect, was told it wasnt there and that they had no record of the order. I explained (again) the story. Female assistant could not have been more DISinterested if she had tried. She went to check with someone (not sure who as no communication!!) and reappeared almost 10 mins later with said bottle rack. Handed it to me with as little interest as before. I opened to find it was the wrong rack and in the wrong colour so even if it had been the right part to fit the fridge it would have been the wrong colour. Have ordered again - will see what arrived this time! Am very dissapointed in the service.
