I have been fortunate to have stayed at Riverbarn on a number of occasions. I have always found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, the meals delicious, the wine list is surprisingly good and the overall experience very fine. I would not hesitate to recommend the Riverbarn to any of my friends or colleagues.

Warm, welcoming and very relaxing

The Riverbarn is a small and friendy escape. I stayed in a very comfortable and clean room with a private entrance on to the property's lovely gardens. The main building houses a post office, bistro/cafe for afternoon tea/morning coffee or more extensive meals, and a small gift shop. A place to relax, spend time and browse. Service is exceptionally friendly and the food all home made and very good (from tea and scones to lovely casseroles). I'll definitely return.
